Ferroaxial moment induced by vortex spin texture

چکیده

An electric ferroaxial moment is a fundamental dipole like the ferroelectric, ferromagnetic, and ferromagnetic-toroidal moments. Nevertheless, its nature has been masked compared to ferromagnetic ferroelectric cases. Based on symmetry microscopic-model analyses, author reveals when how such entity appears in magnetic materials. It demonstrated that vortex spin configuration naturally induces moment. The finding will stimulate future exploration of
